PLEASANTVILLE, NJ (March 9, 2004) AC Coin & Slot, exclusive distributor of IGT gaming devices in Atlantic City and the Caribbean, and one of the country's leading slot machine manufacturers and casino supply companies, has promoted Thomas (Tom) McCormick to the position of Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Mr. McCormick has been the company's Vice President and General Counsel since 1999. In his new position, Mr. McCormick will act as the company's liaison to state and local government agencies, including casino regulatory authorities, in all jurisdictions where the company transacts business. He will also monitor any gaming legislation enacted throughout the United States and oversee the licensing process on behalf of the New Jersey-based company in all gaming jurisdictions. In addition, he will counsel the company on gaming regulation requirements through the United States and the Caribbean on both legal and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining AC Coin & Slot in 1992, Mr. McCormick served as Legal Assistant to the Atlantic City 's Golden Nugget Hotel/Casino, Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Assistant Counsel to the Claridge Hotel/Casino and Associate General Counsel to Harrah's Hotel/Casino, also in Atlantic City .

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree form Bloomsburg State University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington , Delaware . He is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the International Association of Gaming Attorneys, as well as the Casino Law, Corporate Law, and Labor Employment Law sections of the New Jersey Bar Association. Mr. McCormick is also on the Board of Directors of the Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce. He resides in Galloway Township , New Jersey , with his wife and their two children.

Ms. Bessie Sacco has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Legal and Compliance. Ms. Sacco, who previously served as the company's Associate General Counsel and Director of Compliance, will now be responsible for ensuring that the company's operations are in compliance with all jurisdictional requirements, overseeing all regulatory and product compliance procedures and programs, representing the company in contractual and transactional matters, matters of employment and risk management, and for ensuring the protection of the company's intellectual property.

Ms. Sacco joined the company in 1997 as part-time legal counsel, becoming full time Associate General Counsel and Director of Compliance in 1998. Prior to joining AC Coin & Slot, she was a Law Associate at DeNoia & Tambasco in Toms River, New Jersey. Ms. Sacco has also served as Associate General Counsel for the Trump Taj Mahal and Trump's Castle where she provided legal counsel concerning all facets of operations, including compliance with all casino regulatory matters. 

Her extensive legal background in gaming industry also includes having served as Assistant Corporate Counsel for TropWorld Casino and Entertainment Resort where she provided legal representation with respect to all aspects of operations with emphasis on casino regulatory matters.

She has also served as Deputy Attorney General for the Department of Law and Public Safety Division of Law in Trenton, New Jersey where she represented the Department of Labor in unemployment and disability insurance matters, as well as the New Jersey Department of Insurance in insurance fraud matters. 

Ms. Sacco began her legal career as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Erminie L. Conley and Honorable Rosemary K. Reavey of the Superior Court New Jersey Law Division in Middlesex County, New Brunswick, New Jersey.

She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and currently serves as Vice Chair and was formerly Chair from July 2003 through June 2004 of the Association's Law Section and is a member of the International Association of Gaming Attorneys.  She is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law and a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston College.  She resides in Galloway, New Jersey, with her husband and two children.
