Pleasantville,
NJ (January 8, 2004) AC Coin & Slot, exclusive distributor
of IGT gaming devices in Atlantic City and the Caribbean, and
one of the country's leading slot machine manufacturers and casino
supply companies, has announced a number of changes in its Administration
Department.
Jeffrey Seelig, who served as the company's Executive
Vice President of Finance and Accounting since the year 2000,
has been named Chief Financial Officer. In his new position, Mr.
Seelig will be responsible for the Purchasing, MIS, and Accounting
Departments as well as for the overall financial planning of the
company.
Mr.
Seelig earned a BA degree from Richard Stockton State College
in Pomona, NJ and an MBA from Villanova University in Villanova,
Pennsylvania. He serves on the Board of Trustees of the not-for-profit
Boys and Girls Club of Atlantic City and is a Paul Harris Fellow
of the Rotary Foundation. He resides in Galloway Township, New
Jersey, with his wife and two children.
The
company has also named Kathleen Caracciolo to the position of
Vice President of Finance. Having joined AC Coin & Slot in
July of last year as Controller, Ms. Caracciolo has over 20 years'
experience in Atlantic City and its casino industry, serving as
Vice President of Finance/Comptroller for the Atlantic City Convention
& Visitors Authority, Vice President of Finance at Showboat
Hotel & Casino, and a number of financial and auditing positions
with Caesars Atlantic City and Caesars World, Inc.
“Kathy has been a great addition to our financial team,” says
company CFO Jeff Seelig. “Her experience and leadership will now
round out the team.”
Ms. Caracciolo holds
a BA in Accounting from Rutgers University and is a Certified
Public Accountant in New Jersey and Pennsylvania . She resides
in Mays Landing, New Jersey with her son.
The
company has also promoted Dennis Mahon to the position of Vice
President of Information Technology.
“Dennis
has successfully restructured and centralized all slot inventory,
compliance, and service department activities into our ERP system,
while improving system performance and acceptance,” says Jeff
Seelig, CFO of AC Coin & Slot. “He has brought innovation
to his position as MIS Director with the usage of wireless local
area networks, a new marketing website, among others.“
Mr.
Mahon, who has 20 years' experience in management information
systems, joined the company in April of 2001 as Director of MIS.
Prior to that he was Operations Manager and International Systems
Director at Cargocare North America, Ltd. located in Burlington,
New Jersey and also served as Systems Director for that company
in Hong Kong .
Mr.
Mahon holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Rowan
University and is a member of the Society of Information Managers.
He resides in Northfield, New Jersey with his wife and two children.
