As Excutive Vice President and Legal Counsel to AC Coin & Slot, Thomas (Tom) McCormick is the company's liaison to state and local government agencies, including casino regulatory authorities in all jurisdictions in which the company transacts business. Mr. McCormick monitors any gaming legislation enacted throughout the United States and oversees the licensing process on behalf of the company in all gaming jurisdictions. He also counsels the company on gaming regulation requirements throughout the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean, and on legal and regulatory matters.

Prior to joining AC Coin & Slot in 1992, Mr. McCormick served as Legal Assistant to the Atlantic Citys Golden Nugget Hotel/Casino, Assistant Counsel to the Claridge Hotel/Casino and Associate General Counsel to Harrahs Hotel/Casino, also in Atlantic City.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg State University of Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor degree from Widener University School of Law. He is a member of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the International Association of Gaming Attorneys, as well as the Casino Law, Corporate Law, and Labor Employment Law sections of the New Jersey Bar Association. Mr. McCormick is also on the Board of Directors of the Greater Atlantic City Chamber of Commerce.

He resides in Galloway Township, New Jersey with his wife and their two children.
